Models and keys
folo works with models from several providers. A founder chooses on the setup page, under "Models", how the company's model calls are paid for.
folo runs the models on its own provider accounts. Nothing to set up.
OptionYour own provider keyPaste a key from your model provider. Calls are billed to your account with them.
PlannedYour own agentfolo forwards each message to an agent you run, and offers its tools to it.
folo's models
The default. folo picks a capable model for each job and runs it on its own accounts. Each company has a monthly model budget, and folo says so when it is reached instead of failing silently.
Your own provider key
Choose "My own provider key", pick the provider, and paste the key. The key is passed only to folo's model gateway, which makes the calls, and to no other part of folo.
A model per job
Under "Model per job" you can override the model folo uses for each kind of work, such as answering you or writing briefs.
