What STOP does

STOP always ends texts from folo. What else it does today depends on who sends it.

Founder

  2. You leave You are removed from the company's folo and your agent's access ends.

Today. A teammate who texts STOP cannot be invited again with the same number for now.

The change that is planned

Planned STOP will work the same for everyone. Texts off, whether by STOP or by the switch in the app, means no texts and no calls that folo starts, such as prep calls, debrief calls and call-backs. You stay a member, and the app, "Call me" in the app and calling folo yourself keep working. START turns texts and calls back on. Leaving a company becomes a separate step: the founder removes you, or you delete your account.

Closing a paused account by text

A company's folo is paused when the founder's sign-in is removed. While it is paused, the founder can close it by text. Both CLOSE and KEEP are confirmed with a 6-digit code that works for 10 minutes, so a stray message cannot close anything.
