What folo stores

folo keeps what it needs to prepare you and answer you, and deletes working data on a schedule. Everything belongs to one company and is kept apart from every other company's data.

How long folo keeps it

Text conversation history30 days
Meeting briefs30 days after the meeting
Calendar meetings and attendees1 year after the meeting
Meeting records, documents, agent memoryUntil you leave or the company closes
Bars use a square-root scale so short periods stay visible. Striped bars last until the person leaves or the company closes.

Who can see what

  1. 1Your company only Every row carries its company, and the database refuses reads across companies.
  2. 2Your access Documents sit in scopes. You read a scope through your role or a grant made to you.
  3. 3The meeting's rule A meeting with someone outside the company is shared with the team; an internal one only with its attendees.
  4. 4Sources you may see A brief, an answer or a call cites only what passed every check.
Each check runs in the database before anything reaches your agent, so a model never sees a passage you may not read.
  • Protected values such as ID numbers, phone numbers and emails inside documents are masked for people without permission to see them.
  • Every search and read writes a row to the access log, so there is a record of who looked at what.
  • Your connections to Google are held by folo's connection provider. folo keeps only an identifier and fetches a short-lived token just before each use.

Deletion requests

An outside attendee who asks to have their parts of a transcript removed gets that done. To delete everything, a founder closes the account; see Deleting data and closing.
