Calling folo
Call folo from the phone number you signed up with and ask out loud what you would otherwise text. It is the same agent as by text, with the same memory and the same rules about what you may see.

When folo calls you

If several call-backs in a row go unanswered, folo pauses call-backs for a while and tells you by text.
Texts off. Today STOP works as described on SMS keywords. Planned With texts off, by STOP or in the app, folo starts no calls: no call-backs, prep calls or debrief calls. You can still call folo yourself and use "Call me" in the app. START turns texts and calls back on.
Prep and debrief calls
Before the meeting
- folo calls PlannedIt walks you through the brief: who is coming and what is open with them.
- You talk back PlannedAsk questions, or tell it what to remember for the meeting.
- No answer? Plannedfolo texts you an offer to call instead, and does not ring again on its own.
After the meeting
- folo offers a debrief PlannedBy text, or with a call if you set that.
- You say what stuck PlannedWhat went well, what to follow up, what to remember.
- Kept private PlannedWhat you say on either call goes into your own memory. It is never put in the recap to other attendees unless you ask for that.
